What does make sense and what does not? What does reach employees best? Is an electronic newsletter thrown unread in a trash? Which possibilities do the internet externally and the intranet internally offer to communicate the messages? The internet offers a lot of possibilities to anchor the change into the employees’ minds and to push forward the participation of creating the change projects, e.g. in feedback or hosted discussion forums.
Besides the internal stakeholders also external groups, who have a relationship to the company, play a big role. We support our customers in the selection of the right instruments: Which content is important for whom? How close is the relationship with the company? How will I be informed as a customer or supplier? Should we use mailings, Facebook or other online platforms to spread our vision of change externally?
